BÁNH OÙ is a personal love letter and reflection of Kimmi's heritage, loss, and preservation of love. Since 2017, BÁNH OÙ has been a place for her to embrace healing, community, and stories through food. Her pastries incorporate Vietnamese-French desserts made from seasonal, home-grown & artisanal ingredients.

This was such a beautiful tea. The pate so was the best I've ever tasted. And the tart was amazing. And the cream puffs were delicious. I truly felt like I was tasting the creations of a pastry master. And the presentation with the flowers made the tea a moment to be savored and a memory to be cherished.
